Kid Funny?

While looking at a "Pet" book.

Nathan: "Ohhhh, look at the turtle!"
Me: "Oh, cute! I like turtles."
Nathan: "Me too.  Look at his tail! Its so cute. Like a gummy bear. I wish I could eat it like a gummy bear."
Me: "Ew! That's, um, weird."
Nathan: "Ya. And his blood would taste like jelly."
