Every other day instead of nap time, Nathan does 'quiet time'. He plays in the play room by himself for about an hour while the other kids sleep. Today when his time was up I went in to get him and caught him laughing and chatting it up. From the door it looked like he was talking to himself, but I could only see the back of him.
Me: "Hey, times up. Who are you talking to?"
Nathan: (nonchalantly) "My friend Oval.".
Me: "Oh. Who's Oval?"
Nathan: "My friend, here"
(yes that is a makeup sponge wearing barbie glasses on a teacup saucer)
Me: "Oh"
Nathan: "Ya, he's so funny! And he even farts real too".
LOL! totally laughed at the glasses on top. classic
