Earlier this week Cheyanne came up to me and showed me this in her hand.
Cheyanne: "Oooooh Mom! Look what I found and am going to give to Gramma."
Me: "Ahhhh! No!!"
Cheyanne: (freaking out a little and dropping it on the desk) "What?! Its a new feather!"
Me: (only knowing what it was because I pulled one off the day before) "That's a giant scab from Dusty's (our cat) head!!"
